Phil Ahern, Director of Reconcile, specialises in the delivery of Professional Development seminars, Conflict Coaching and Mediation ADR.
Phil began his career as a teacher in Australian Secondary schools which contributes to his credentials as an expert Conflict Manager!
Phil is an award winning public speaker, as well as a former career guidance and relationship counsellor; and he continues to practise mediation.
In 2002 he was awarded a Master of Conflict Management from the University of South Australia and during the next three years lectured in South Korea and China. Upon his return, he established Reconcile.
Reconcile’s professional development courses demonstrate an extraordinary repertoire.
We have written and delivered leadership and conflict resolution seminars to Prefects and SRCs’ in Victorian schools, right through to conflict and compliance courses that we’ve provided to government departments across South Australia.
